Discipline
Broadcast direction, technical switching, and the graphics packages that run on top — for shopping streams, gaming channels, and creator media.
Live work disappears when the stream ends. What survives is the overlay package and the setup behind it, so that's what's here. Four years running direction and technical controls in OBS across four organisations.
The role, not just the artwork.
01 — Direction
Shot selection, pacing, and segment flow live — deciding what the audience sees while the show is still moving.
02 — Technical
OBS scene building, source routing, audio levels, and recovery when something drops mid-broadcast.
03 — Graphics
Price tags, product cards, lower thirds, and frames — designed to stay legible on a phone screen at low bitrate.
Live scene graphics for TikTok and in-app shopping streams. The constraint is brutal: a price has to read instantly on a small screen, over moving video, next to a face.
